William Mitchell Italic nibs are firmer than the Round Hand Pens. The five sizes are suitable not only for italic but also for gothic or uncial. Line widths from 1.4mm (0) to 0.4mm (5). The round hand reservoir can be used with these pens.
The nibs have a layer of protective lacquer to avoid tarnishing. Briefly immerse the full pen point in boiling water before first use to remove.
