Dr Ph Martin’s Bleed Proof White 1 Fl Oz: Dense, non-waterproof opaque white watercolour, Formulated to stay white when applied over dyes or designer colours. Will not chip or peel, covers dyes, marker colours or pigments. Wide necked bottle for using an angled pen holder. Can be diluted with water to produce fine hairlines for Copperplate.
