The 11 nibs and check out process was really wonderful...until it came to the packaging of the items for shipping. After the box arrived to my home, the paper work inside came stapled with a bottomless ziplock bag that left all my nibs being bounced around loose in the box and hitting its sides. So, that is a lot of bouncing around starting from the UK and going non-stop all the way to Canada. After carefully checking each nib, we did not find damage to the tips. Nonetheless, impressed with everything else about the company and product except the packaging end of things...not so good. Cheers.

I am sorry that somehow the nibs you ordered managed to escape from their small ziplock bag. Obviously I do not use bottomless bags but I cannot imagine how something that weighed as much as a couple of feathers (11 nibs) managed to burst out of their bag. I have quite a number of other reviews that comment on how well packed their orders are. I can only imagine that the lack of air pressure on the flight somehow managed to burst the airtight bag. In twenty plus years of mailing parcels I have never had this happen before. However I am still sorry that your parcel did not arrive with you in good condition.

Thank you for your prompt response and why the bag was bottomless, we will both never know why for sure. In any case, perhaps by stuffing in some newspaper or styrofoam in the box would help to greatly reduce the jostle room in the event that, however unlikely, the small items may become loose, again.
